Riviera Lake is a private lake just West of the park on Evans Ave. Only less than a quarter of the homes on Riviera Lake (also known as Ward Reservoir #5) are mid-century modern, but there are interesting homes to be found. Around this lake is where all of the scrape-offs in Harvey Park have been concentrated, bringing the neighborhood its first and only "McMansions." If you find yourself driving around the lake, shoot south on Tennyson off of Warren to see Harvey Park's real mansion (sorry, it's not modern).
