Wolcott Lake is a hidden lake on the north side of Yale Avenue on the west side of the neighborhood. The lake is surrounded by a variety of custom homes, with about half being large mid-century modern designs. The lake is only accessible to residents, and the location takes advantage of the hill above Bear Creek for incredible mountain views. Three of the homes were designed by architect couple Ollie and Barbara Nielsen, who still reside in a Cliff May Home on Lowell (and are the original owners of their house). Little else is known about the other homes around Wolcott Lake.
