Greetings Harvey Park Fans!
My name is Atom, and I am your host here at Harvey Park Modern. Look around, and make yourself comfortable. As you've probably figured out by now, the purpose of this site is to bring awareness to Harvey Park as one of Denver's great pockets of mid-century modern residential architecture.
Harvey Park is home to Denver's only Cliff May/Chris Choate homes, the Carey Holiday Homes, other modern brick ranches, as well as some custom modern homes around two private lakes (the only private lakes you will find in Denver's city limits). Just minutes from the mountains and Red Rocks, Harvey Park is a special place indeed, and until now, you probably had no idea. So, welcome!
For those of you who live here, you already know what I'm talking about. I encourage you to use this site as a resource, a way to connect, consult, get inspired, and become part of a community. I have chosen to host this site on Ning in order to give the site a strong social-networking aspect - so use it!
If you have any questions, or concerns, please don't hesitate to ask... that's what I'm here for! If I don't know the answer, I can probably find someone that does!

Harvey Park Modern was invited this week by Ken Soule to tour and photograph his latest rehab in Harvey Park, a Cliff May RM 3212 on Osceola, before completing the sale with some new neighbors.
Harvey Park’s own Dave Slater and team did a great job bringing this one back to life. Most notably, the south and west facing floor-to-ceiling windows had been removed by a previous owner and replaced with sills - the west facing windows were restored to bring back the outdoor-indoor connection.
The RM 3212 is a particularly desirable model for its master-suite wing, and larger living area. The kitchen in this house has been opened up to make for great-room style living that was not in the original design.…
